Mouse and Bunny

Yesterday Bandit caught a mouse and ate it. He wanted to share but Mommy wouldn't let me. Then he got stuck in the tree and I tried to follow him and couldn't figure out how. Today my friend Juno caught a bunny and ate it. I got to share cause Mommy wasn't home....but she was pretty mad when she got here. I love being a dog!

Today was a very long day. First I went out and rolled around in something that I am not even sure what it was....but it smelled REALLY good! Daddy was pretty mad when I came back to the house...I wonder why?

Then I played with Bandit some. He is really fun to chase around except for when he goes up the trees. I try really hard to climb up there with him but I can't seem to get that high. I will have to think on how to get up there after him.

This afternoon I kinda kept close to my mommy. Her sister is having a baby and it makes her really sad. She says she loves me and I am her baby but she wants more than that too. It confuses me, and even though I know she loves me I wish she had what she wanted because I hate to see her cry so much. Her and Daddy had a fight about it today and it made me sad that Daddy just wants Mommy to stop being so sad. Can't he see she is trying? Bandit and I decided that we are going to keep watch on her till she feels better. Bandit told me he will take the nights because he likes to sleep on the bed with her and I like to sleep in my tote. I will take the days because I like to sit on the porch with her while she reads. I hope we can cheer her up soon.

I need to go now, because Mommy needs to take me outside before we go to sleep. Talk to you all soon!
